Ownership & Usage Rights

All video content created by Layback Vibe Entertainment is protected under copyright law. By default, Layback Vibe Entertainment retains full ownership of all raw footage and final edited videos unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Client Usage Rights

Clients receive a license to use the final edited video for the agreed-upon purposes, such as social media, websites, or advertisements. However, this does not grant ownership of the raw footage or unrestricted redistribution rights.

Raw Footage Policy

Raw footage remains the property of Layback Vibe Entertainment unless purchased separately. If a client requests raw footage, an additional licensing fee may apply.

Modifications & Edits

Clients may not alter, remix, or resell the final video without permission. Any modifications must be approved or performed by Layback Vibe Entertainment to maintain quality and brand integrity.

Credit & Attribution

For public or commercial use, crediting Layback Vibe Entertainment is appreciated but not always required unless specified in the contract. However, in film projects, documentaries, or certain collaborations, proper credit must be given.

Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Layback Vibe Entertainment’s content without permission may result in legal action.

Custom Licensing & Buyout Options

Layback Policy

1. General Overview

Layback Vibe Entertainment is committed to delivering high-quality video production services tailored to your needs. Our structured pricing and production process ensure clarity, efficiency, and a smooth workflow from start to finish.

2. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on a per finished minute model.
A 50% deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery.
Additional costs may apply for extra revisions, location fees, or specialized equipment outside the selected package.

3. Production Time & Expectations

Each finished minute of video typically requires 30 minutes to 1 hour of recording time.
Production schedules are agreed upon before filming. Any delays caused by the client may result in additional fees.
Clients must provide all necessary details (script, branding elements, or specific requests) before production begins.

4. Revisions & Edits

Essentials Package includes 2 rounds of revisions.
Professional & Cinematic Packages include 3 rounds of revisions.
Additional revisions beyond the package limit will be charged at an hourly rate.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.
If a project is canceled before production, 50% of the deposit may be refunded.
If a project is canceled after filming, no refunds will be issued, as time and resources have already been allocated.

6. Rights & Usage

Layback Vibe Entertainment retains the right to use project footage for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Clients receive full usage rights for their delivered videos but may not resell or modify them without approval.

7. Additional Services & Upgrades

Clients can upgrade to a higher package at any time before production begins.
Additional services such as distribution strategy, extra filming time, or specialized effects can be added for an extra fee.

8. Communication & Deadlines

All project communications should be handled via email or a designated platform to ensure clarity.
Turnaround times depend on project complexity but will be outlined in the proposal.
Clients must respond to review requests and approvals within agreed timeframes to avoid delays.
