Cancellation Policy
1. General Overview Layback Vibe Entertainment is a video production company. 2. Pricing & Payment A 50% deposit is required to book your camera package and day, with the remaining balance due upon final delivery. Additional costs may apply for extra revisions, location fees, or specialized equipment outside the selected package. Method: Credit/debit, Cash App, Paypal 3. Production Time & Expectations Each finished minute of video typically requires 30 minutes to 1 hour of recording time. Production schedules are agreed upon before filming. Any change orders mid production will result in additional fees. 4. Revisions & Edits Services includes 2 free rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the package limit will be charged. 5. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits are non-refundable once production has started. If a project is canceled 1-3 days after booking, I will refund you. 6. Rights & Usage Layback Vibe Entertainment retains the right to use project footage for portfolio and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing. Clients receive full usage rights for their delivered videos but may not resell or modify them without approval. 7. Additional Services & Upgrades Clients can upgrade to a higher package at any time Additional services such as distribution strategy, extra filming time, or specialized effects can be added for an extra fee. 8. Communication & Deadlines All project communications should be handled via email, phone, or a designated platform to ensure clarity. Turnaround times depend on project complexity but will be outlined in the proposal. We must keep a good flow to review revisions and approvals within agreed timeframes to avoid delays.
